In order for you to qualify for the “Kitesurfing Incentivised Instructor Programme”, you will need to be a qualified IKO Instructor.

You will receive the “Kitesurfing Instructor Starter Package” with all products required to start up your training school at heavily subsidised rates. We will support instructors with leads and advertising as far as possible. Earn commission from instructing and sales. Also, you will immediately be taken up as an Airush Team Rider for South Africa.

Join our “Kitesurfing Incentivised Instructor Programme” and benefit from the following Package:

STARTUP PACKAGE TO THE VALUE OF R 40000.00 INCLUDES

ALL THIS GEAR TO A SUBSIDISED PRICE OF R 14000.00 + VAT

In addition to this offer, the IKO instructor will receive 20% commission on all sales with 5% of that commission being passed on to the customer. You do not need to carry any stock. All additional school material will be bought at school prices. The School pricelist is available from Joluka at request.

>> ADDITIONAL INCENTIVE

Sell a minimum of 2 kites per month or make a minimum of R 15 000.00 gross turnover and qualify for a monthly bonus of R 2000.00 over and above all commissions you make. You are required to achieve this target consistently over a minimum period of 3 months to qualify for this benefit.
